Finland has finally nailed its target and wants to grab a 10% slice of the EU’s clean hydrogen production. Finland has all the ingredients to grab billions in investment in new fuels and other high value-added hydrogen products, but in a tough race, the loser could be left with the job of bulk hydrogen seller.
